Purple Light Nights is an annual campaign held in the Fraser Valley to bring awareness to Intimate Partner Violence. It is held to remember those who have lost their lives to intimate partner violence and to support those who have survived abuse and those who are living with abuse.
The campaign will kick off Oct.3,2026 at the Abbotsford Farmers Market in Jubilee Park. For the first time, Surrey will participate by shining purple lights at various sites around the city.
You can show your support by wearing purple or by displaying purple lights around your home or workplace for the month of October.
